I'm not sure about player salaries, but from what I do know:

The LA Lakers, I would imagine, have a high salary payout, due to Kobe Bryant. The 2000-2004 teams also has Shaq, as well as Malone and Payton in 04'.

I really can't think of any other team right now, I'll get back to this one...
