So,i was just wondering how to get my salary cap in the positives. When i try to make a trade, it is always illegal. Please help

Hey I dont really have a answer but a question... help me here ,I just bought nba live08 ps3 , can u play more than 1 team on a season [like spurs and lakers together4 me and my brother { we have always played on ps2 , I just upgraded everything yesterday and I was shocked !!!
